We changed the oil and filter and checked and lubed the chassis. We replaced the rear shocks, power steering pump, tie rod end, and much more.
We drove this corvette about 4 hours home.
This corvette has had two owners, last owner owned it since the early 1980’s in southern VA. The previous owner did all kinds of upgrades to this corvette over the many years he owned it. Some of the major upgrades include installing a ZZ1 GM crate engine with aluminum heads, aluminum intake in 1992, M22 transmission, rebuilt rear end, trailing arms, brake calipers, power steering control valve, door panels, leather seat covers, front suspension, Hurst shifter, Holley carb, rear spring, zoom clutch, pressure plate, and much more.
This was the first year for rubber bumpers on front and rear, and the only year for a split rear bumper.
