We bought this corvette from the 3rd owner. The corvette spent all its life in a small southern VA town. The last owner bought this corvette in 2014. This corvette was last on the road in the 1980’s before being stored on blocks in a garage until 2014. The last owner redid the brakes, front suspension, Borgeson power steering, side exhaust, engine, and a bunch of other work to get it road worthy. The engine has a Comp Cam 268/274 solid lift cam, with roller rockers, screw in studs, valve guides, and much more done to it.

We changed the oil and filter, rear end grease and additive, and checked and lubed the chassis. We replaced the power steering pump, motor mount, and much more.

This corvette runs, drives, and sounds great.

1968 was the first year for the C3 body style, which also brought about a new interior design along with removable t tops. GM also introduced the pop-up headlights and pop-up wiper door. 1968 was the highest production year for the stingray convertible with 18,630 total production.
