One of One! All steel creation by Gerald Thawmley from California, built in the early 70's she still retains her original metal flake paint and custom body work. What is it??? This hand made body of entirely steel, this vehicle is equipped with a Pontiac 389 tri Power engine, mated to a 3 speed manual transmission on a 1959 Corvette Chassis on period correct Cragar wheels. The body is based on a 55 Pontiac. The firewall, windshield frame and doors are Pontiac, the dash is custom formed, the fenders are 1960 Buick, the decklid utilized the hood from the same 60 Buick. The hood has a 67 GTO grafted scoop. Canted headlights and pieces of the 59 Corvette in the grill. White vinyl bucket seats. Runs and drives, road ready. Titled as 1959 Buick.
