1961 Chevrolet Corvette is powered by a 383ci V8 crate engine paired with a five-speed manual transmission and is finished in black over red vinyl. The car underwent a refurbishment before the current owner's acquisition in 2019. Equipment includes a black soft top, a Currie 9″ rear end, electronic fuel injection, long-tube headers, a Magna flow dual exhaust system, 17″ Boyd Coddington wheels, air conditioning, and an aftermarket AM/FM stereo. Work in 2021 included the replacement of the radiator, oil pan, spark plugs, and fuel injectors. The car is refinished in black and features a black soft top. Additional exterior equipment includes quad headlights, polished bumpers and trim, and dual exhaust outlets exiting through the rear valance. chrome 17″ Boyd Coddington wheels are mounted with 225/50 Goodyear Eagle GT tires. The car has rack and pinion steering, front coil overs, QA1 shocks, and front and rear sway bars. Braking is handled by four-wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors. The bucket seats are upholstered in red vinyl, and interior equipment includes a dash-mounted rearview mirror, air conditioning, an aftermarket AM/FM stereo, and an analog clock. The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,300-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, amperage, oil pressure, and fuel level. The GM Performance ZZ383ci V8 crate engine was installed under previous ownership, and it is equipped with electronic fuel injection, long-tube headers, and a Magna flow dual exhaust system. The radiator, oil pan, spark plugs, and fuel injectors were replaced in February 2021. Power is routed to the rear wheels via a Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission and a Currie 9″ rear end with a limited-slip differential.
