Seller's Notes

This 2014 Ford Mustang is a gorgeous, low-miles time capsule with a standout look! On April 17, 1964, the Ford Motor Company introduced its latest automobile, the Mustang, to the world at the New York World's Fair. The idea for the Mustang is largely attributed to Ford executive Lee Iacocca with the vision of the Mustang being a sporty, youth oriented car with a long hood, short deck, and a modest price tag. While hopes were high that the Mustang would be a success for Ford, few could have foreseen the grand slam that the Mustang would become in the years and decades to come. Not only did the Mustang launch an entirely new genre of muscle cars known as Pony Cars, the Mustang would go on as one of the most successful vehicles in the history of Ford. As the years progressed, so did the Mustang. In the first decade or so, the Mustang underwent modest styling changes and Ford kept raising the bar for the Mustang's performance by adding bigger and bigger engine options through the early 70s. By the mid-70s, and in a period of higher gas prices and fuel shortages, the demand for a more economical Mustang rose and Ford released the more fuel efficient Mustang II for the 1974 model year. In the late 70s, Ford again completely redesigned the Mustang when it released the so-called Foxbody Mustangs, a model that would begin to put some performance back into Ford's Pony Car. After another redesign in the 90s, Ford returned the Mustang's design elements to its roots returning back to a first generation Mustang inspired design. The front end treatment, from the headlights to the grilles, looked like those very first Mustangs. In the rear, the taillights looked similar to the original Mustangs, albeit more futuristic, retaining the triple-lens design on each side. It was also during this period that Ford brought back packages and nameplates from the first generation run of Mustangs including the GT and GT-H, Boss 302, Cobra Jet, Bullit, California Special, and Shelby. These style changes and teases of nostalgia seemed to prove a massive sales success for the Mustang with Ford selling over 1 million units of the new-look Mustang. This particular example comes to us as an ultra low-miles example with less than 90 delivery miles on the odometer, making it a fantastic addition to any Mustang-lover's collection. Powering this '14 Mustang is an electronically fuel injected 3.7 Liter V6 engine that was said to have produced 305 horsepower when new. Power is sent from the 3.7L engine to the rear wheels via a limited slip rear differential that helps ensure that you'll be able to keep the rubber to the pavement. Exhaust exits this Mustang's powerplant via a dual exhaust setup that generates a terrific throaty sound out the rear. This Mustang's V6 engine is mated to a 6 speed manual transmission that makes it an absolute blast to drive while shifting through all of the gears. Being that this Mustang is a late model collectible, its comes absolutely loaded with features! With power disc brakes on all four wheels, bringing this pony to a complete stop is almost effortless. Of course, power steering comes standard on any Mustang of this era and makes squeezing into a tight parking space a total breeze. This 2014 Mustang also comes equipped with the FP6 Appearance Package which includes blacked out 18 aluminum wheels, painted side mirrors, louvered rear quarter windows, and a rear spoiler, all of which further add to the gorgeous look of this car. Mounted on the black 18 inch aluminum wheels are a set of Pirelli P235/50ZR18 radial tires, that give both a great look and ride to this modern Mustang and with the TPMS much more functionality than what was available on the first Mustangs back in 1964. The body of this Mustang is finished in beautiful Gotta Have It Green paint that finishes the exterior look of the car. The interior of this 2014 Ford Mustang is impeccable! The front Recaro bucket seats are upholstered in black cloth an
