Rare 1981 Excalibur Series IV RoadsterThis 1981 Excalibur Series IV Roadster is a rare and desirable 2-seat model with rumble seat and one of just 159 Series IV Roadsters produced. Burgundy over tan with burgundy leather interior that's in very nice original condition. 305 GM V8 with 3-speed automatic transmission. It runs and drives great, showing 28k miles on the odometer. The Series IV automobiles debuted in 1980 and were the first Excaliburs to incorporate glass side windows and a power convertible top for the Phaeton and Roadster models. An impressive automobile with a beautifully lined body with electronically foldable rumble seat, power steering, and power windows. The Series IV was also the first to receive a full design face lift. The Series IV's appearance was attributed to the 500K/540K supercharged Mercedes-Benz of the mid to late 1930's.
