Just look at how Appealing the Shape and Magnificent the Lines are in this 65 Belvedere. This Specific vehicle just got Done with a Complete Frame Off Rotisserie Restoration. It Definitely looks like the “Color Me Gone” car. The Exterior White and Blue looks like somebody really Know’s how to Spray. The Alluring Exterior just Lays Superbly on this “Rust Free” body. Features & Options:
In the 60’s Mopars ruled Super Stock classes at the Drag Strips. Chrysler Engineer’s came up with a full size car they referred to as “Maximum Performance “ automobiles. This 1965 Plymouth we have listed for sale is a Clone of one of those cars. These cars were referred to as “Max Wedges” with a Cross Ram Intake manifolds and dual 4 Barrel Carburetors. Chrysler pioneered and perfected this design.
This Belvedere has a 440 cubic inch V-8 with a Steel Crank Shaft, Eagle connecting rods, SRP forged pistons, Mopar Performance 590 Solid Lifter Cam. Harland Sharp RollerTupped Anodized Aluminum Rockers and all Aluminum Indy Cylinder Heads. The Transmission is a 727 3 Speed Reverse Manual Valve Body Torque flight. The Rear End is a Chrysler 8 3/4 with 3.91 Rear Gears and Moher Engineering Axels with Long Studs. All Exterior Trim was either Rechromed or Repolished. The Interior is Gary Ball A990 Super Stock. All the Glass is New besides the Rear Window. The Exhaust Headers are Long Tube by TTI and Exhaust Pipes that Exit Out From Under the Car in Front of the Rear Wheels are 3 Inch Flowing Through Hooker Aero Chamber Mufflers. Big Block Mopars are often Referred to as “Ground Pounders” and this 65 Plymouth Belvedere Definitely Qualifies. The Glove Box Compartment Lid is Autographed by Roger Lindamood “Color Me Gone,” Herb McCandless “ Mr. 4 Speed.” John Peter’s and Don Garlits. This Build is just “One of a Kind.”
