Details
This 1974 Chevrolet Corvette is a true muscle-era classic, equipped with the numbers-matching LS4 454 cubic inch big block V8 and a 4-speed manual transmission. With just 57,468 miles on the dash (title marked mileage exempt), this Corvette delivers strong performance and vintage style in one well-preserved package. Finished with rally wheels and featuring factory options like power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, and a tilt and telescopic steering column, this car is both powerful and comfortable to drive.

Inside, the car features a beautiful saddle leather interior with power windows, an AM/FM/Cassette player, and all the classic Corvette charm. Additional highlights include the Gymkhana suspension, dual exhaust, and a fiberglass front bumper cover. Under the hood, it retains its original valve covers, original ignition shielding, and original air cleaner assembly, maintaining an authentic look and feel.

Mechanically, this Corvette has seen a solid round of maintenance and upgrades. We recently changed the oil and filter, checked and lubed the chassis, and replaced the alternator, sway bar links, idler arm, tongue bushing, spark plugs, and more. The previous owner also replaced the water pump, fuel pump, and front fiberglass bumper cover.

This Corvette runs and drives strong, delivering plenty of power from the factory big block LS4 engine. It’s a great example of mid-’70s Corvette muscle, combining originality, power, and comfort in a package ready to enjoy today.

1973 marked the end of the chrome bumper corvette era with rear chrome bumpers replaced by a rubber bumper in 1974. The 1973 was a one-year-only body design. GM also did away with the vacuum operated wiper door this year in favor of a longer hood to hide the wipers, and dropped the removable back window in favor of a glue-in window.
