The price reflects that it is not perfect. (If so, it'd be in the very high teens). It's rough around the edges and the paint isn't near perfect. It runs and drives. Good oil pressure, good power, etc. Engine light is on for a O2 sensor and knock sensor. It needs shocks ($200 for a full set of Skyjacker's) and a handful of small detail items if you want it perfect. But this is a cheap example of a H2 SUT. It did receive a salvage title for the dent in the rear bumper, tailgate and a few misc. plastic pieces. GM doesn't manufacture parts for these anymore, so the insurance wrote a check for it.
