FOUR-BY Motor Co is pleased to offer this 1996 Ford F250 XLT. This is a great pickup that came to us from out west. The truck is completely rust free and well preserved. It appears to be a mostly all original truck. It has low miles for the year and has been well maintained. This would make a fantastic work truck for someone or a great driver. It is not a show truck but is very straight and has a great color scheme.
The extended cabs are great with their ability to haul people or to flip the bench and have a great storage compartment. This is a great option compared to today’s truck prices. This thing is very capable of whatever you ask of it and has that classic styling that everyone seems to appreciate. This one is powered by the big block 7.5L V8. It starts right up and idles smoothly. It runs out strong and has good power. It does have a noticeable exhaust leak but it quiets down after it warms up. The automatic transmission shifts great. The 4 wheel drive works like it should. Overall this seems like a very solid truck mechanically. It runs out well and is a great driving truck. The tires are the only other thing that stands out to us as needing attention soon. If you are looking for a great rust free OBS and a good price then this might be the one for you.
The interior is in very good shape. It is an XLT trim level with all the power options. The seats are in great condition with typical wear. There are no rips or stains. The padding is still in great condition. The carpet is in great shape for its age. The dash and door panels are in very good condition. This is a very clean and comfortable interior. There are no odors or smells.
The exterior is in good condition. It is completely rust free. This is a very desirable color scheme. The paint appears to be all original. It has normal wear for a 29 year old truck but is still in great condition. There are no major dents or scratches. Again, this is no show truck but it presents itself very well. The bed is in great condition and has a drop in bed-liner. It does have a fifth wheel hitch that doesn't appear to have been used much. We can remove this if it isn't desirable to you.
