1961 Desoto Adventurer 4 Door Hard Top ( PROJECT CAR )
These were the end of an era for DeSoto 1961 models there were only 2123 four door models built to full fil sold orders and on November 30th the last DeSoto's were built. This car is really in amazing condition with nearly all the trim and strait body with just a few small dings. The doors, hood and trunk all open and shut with strait lines although the trunk latch needs replaced. This car needs a complete restore and would be one very collectable old relic.
The unique styling of Detroit's vehicles back in these days will never ever be built again. We love the canted head lights and of course the rear tail fins. The tail lights are also extra cool. The motor is a 361 ci and three speed automatic transmission. I believe this car was glacier white. the seat is a ten way electric power seat. Push button radio.
