**consignment special** 2011 Dutchmen Colorado 310RG-FW 5th wheel 10k lbs empty. A little over 12k GVWR. 3 slides Electric jacks all around, but not auto leveling. 30amp, one AC which is fine for a trailer of this size In fantastic shape overall- well maintained with a recent roof replacement and they didn’t skimp on the dicor! Comes with an Anderson hitch so if you just have a gooseneck ball you’re ready to go, or that can be quickly removed to use your standard 5th wheel hitch as well. The only issue with this is that the lead screw on the kitchen slide needs to be replaced. The slide still goes in and out, but if you pull it all the way in you’ll need to manually push it the first few inches before the power slide will take over. Also the skirting on the passenger side has some minor cosmetic damage. Clean and clear title ready to go! Delivery available at buyers expense
