Full custom Pro Touring build! Butler Built 496 stroker, automatic overdrive transmission, performance suspension, and a custom interior. Plus, it's loaded with power options and upgrades. Pay close attention to the details here because they are both subtle and profound at the same time!
EXTERIOR: The Iris Blue paint was applied with great attention to detail. It has just enough metallic flake to make it shimmer in the lights. All the panels were painstakingly aligned, flush and square with good gaps that are well above average. The doors close easily with minimal effort. The rear bumper was painted body color. It was upgraded with LED headlights. The front grille and rear taillights are both in fantastic shape. It has dual sport mirrors. The hood scoops and spoilers really enhance the profile. There is a keyless entry system with a FOB to unlock the doors. The flush door handles work nicely as well. All the seams have been filled and the emblems deleted for a streamlined and sleeker look. Taking it a step further the builder used new flush mount Fessler glass with new rubber seals and fuzzy strips too. It's sitting on totally sweet Foose staggered wheels that are 18 up front and 20 out back. They are wrapped in performance radial tires.
INTERIOR: Full custom and fabulous! The BMW M3 power seats are very supportive and comfortable plus the custom upholstery is very attractive. Blue stitching nicely accents the exterior. The rear seats are also redone to match and there is a custom full length center console too. There are cup holders, armrests, EFI controller, climate controls, charging ports, plus a B&M slapstick shifter neatly incorporated. The VHX digital/analog gauges have a scroll button with lots of different options. They are easy to read and light up blue which is also a nice touch. There is a custom dash pad and extra air vents incorporated into the dash. The Bluetooth capable head unit also has hands free calling plus extra speakers and a big amplifier too. The headliner, rear shelf, and carpeting were all replaced as well. It also has a tilt column and an aftermarket wheel with a nice fat grip.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The Butler Built 455 was bored and stroked to 496 cubic inches. Dyno tuned at 464 rear wheel horsepower and 608 ft lbs of torque. It has Edelbrock aluminum heads that were ported and polished, a custom ground cam, Holley Terminator EFI, Doug's headers, and a March style serpentine front runner system. It's equipped with air conditioning, power steering, and Hydraboost brakes by Willwood. All the hoses and belts were replaced. The hinges were upgraded with billet strut assist units. The radiator was also upgraded to a Champion aluminum unit with dual electric fans. The fender wells, smoothed firewall, and underside of the fiberglass hood are all painted just like the body.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Fully finished! The underside of the trunk lid and jamb are painted real nice like the exterior. The weatherstrip was replaced and a strut assist was added. Inside is all neatly boxed and upholstered with a big amplifier proudly on display. Behind the passenger side panel is an Optima red top gel battery that is properly secured. Under all the panels has a sound deadener.
UNDERSIDE: The steering system was completely rebuilt including an upgraded Performance Steering 12:1 power gearbox. The suspension was also upgraded to Pro Touring status with tubular upper and lower control arms and Viking 2-stage adjustable coilover shocks.
