Clean 1965 Dodge W300 Power Wagon with 7323 actual miles. Bought new in September 1965 by the local fire department, this truck was in service until 2008 when it was retired. Overall it's in really good shape, no rust, clean interior, there is slight damage across the hood where it looks like something was laid across it. Floor pans, rockers, and cab mounts are all in excellent shape. Carb could use cleaning/adjustment, it runs rich at idle. 318 with a 4 speed manual trans, clutch and transmission shift smooth, 4wd works as it should. Have put roughly 100 miles on it this summer, steering's tight, truck runs and drives well, everything works great on it.
The pump motor is an old 4 cylinder Wisconsin, I have had it running on starting fluid, the carb needs overhauled on it to run properly. The pumper motor carries good oil pressure and still pumps water, with some tinkering it could probably be brought back into service.
