27,000 miles
Finished from the factory in Dark Blue with a white hardtop, the body was removed from the frame and received a two-stage repaint in 2023. Additional work is said to have included powdercoating the frame and replacing the weatherstripping, glass, door internals, trim, bumpers, woodgrain moldings, badging, mirrors, grille, and marker lights. The 15″ steel wheels were powdercoated white and wear hubcaps and 33×12.50″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. The truck is equipped with Warn manually locking front hubs and power steering, and dual steering stabilizers have been added. Skyjacker Nitro 8000 shocks and replacement suspension components were installed during the 2023 refurbishment, and the brakes were refreshed, including installation of stainless-steel lines and replacement of the master cylinder, rear drums and shoes, and front discs, calipers, and pads. The cabin was refreshed with Highlander-style white vinyl and blue plaid fabric upholstery on the seats along with replacement carpets, interior panels, and trim. An Old Air air conditioning system and replacement vents and switchgear were also added in addition to a RetroSound radio and replacement speakers. The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer alongside gauges for fuel level, amperage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 27k miles. Total mileage is unknown. The replacement 350ci V8 was rebuilt and fitted with a Holley fuel injection system during the refurbishment, with machine work carried out by Leifert Automotive Machine of Torrington, Connecticut. A replacement starter and 140-amp alternator were also installed in addition to a dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers and 2.5″ piping, an HEI distributor, a replacement wiring harness, and an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. Work in 2025 consisted of replacing the radiator cap and installing a coolant overflow hose. Compression test results are displayed in the gallery. Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The transmission was reportedly rebuilt during the work, and replacement engine, transmission, and body mounts were installed.
