1971 Chevrolet Corvette

Within the massive range of the third generation Corvettes (aka “C3”) that were produced from 1968 through 1982, many enthusiasts prefer the “steel bumper” cars (1968-1972) thanks to their more powerful engines and classic chrome bumpers front and rear.

A set of factory Rally wheels fitted with BF Goodrich Radial T/As finish it off nicely. The underside is impressively clean and solid as well.

Swing open the door and you’ll note the interior’s similarly pristine condition. This car has power steering and manual disc brakes that make for a pleasant driving experience.

Powered by its original 350 V8 that was rated at 270 hp, the Corvette's numbers-matching powertrain bumps up the fun factor big time with its Muncie M20 wide-ratio 4-speed gear box and 3: 36-geared Positraction rear end.

Recent service performed by John's Corvette Service (located in Laconia, NH) on 11/18/25 includes, new master cylinder, installation of new distributor shielding, headlight doors, and wiper door actuator. John's Corvette Service stated that the car was an extremely well-restored example of a C3 Roadster. Our shop sublets all our Corvettes to John because he is fair, fast and honest. We spent $2,027 on these necessary repairs and the car is ready to go.
