1968 Shelby GT500 KR Convertible
Numbers matching 428 Cobra Jett, C6 Automatic Transmission, Power Steering and Power Brakes, Power Top, and Tilt Away Steering Wheel. It has a 3.50 Traction LOK Rear Axle. It was restored by Telstar Motors in Mitchell, South Dakota and has 23 miles on it since RESTORATION. Telstar Motors is world renowned for specializing in rare Mustangs and Shelby restorations since 1979. They started the first Mustang and Shelby Museum in 1990. Telstar also had Carol Shelby sign a title for each Shelby they restored. Originally Yellow, it was changed to the more desirable Candy Apple Red during RESTORATION. The GT500 KR which stands for King of the Road was only produced one year in 1968. This ground up RESTORATION example includes an Elite Marti Report along with a Carol Shelby signed title.
