Cause: Front drive motor - Part Delay Correction: Replaced electric front drive motor
In an effort to promote customer satisfaction VW/Audi bought the vehicle back from the original owner due to non availability of electric front drive motor (part delay). Once the required part arrived in the US the faulty electric front drive motor was replaced and issue was resolved to factory specs. No accidents, no damage.
