In October 2024 it traveled on Route 66 from Michigan to Arizona and back through the rockies. The car performed flawlessly! The 3.31 rear ratio allows it to cruise at highway speeds in comfort while getting over 25 MPG!
Under the Hood: The LS1 was rebuilt and upgraded with a mild street cam, offering a nice lope at idle while still offering great drivability. A brand new Tremec close ratio 6 speed was installed along with new clutch and hydraulic release bearing. The GM controller has been tuned with HP Tuners. The cooling system keeps up even in the hottest conditions with the A/C on and the fans being actuated by the engine controller. The Flowmaster mufflers offer a great sound with zero inside drone!
