The 2004 Cadillac CTS-V was a factory hot rod built into true Cadillac luxury. Cadillac decided to upgrade its power by borrowing the ultra-hot motor from the Corvette Z06. The 5.7-liter LS6 motor is believed to be original to the car, and it absolutely looks pristine in the engine bay. The fuel-injected powerhouse was rated at 400 horsepower and shifted through a Tremec T56 six-speed manual transmission. Cadillac beefed up the fully independent suspension at the factory. Brembo four-wheel power disc brakes, grippy ZR rated Michelin tires, and a limited slip read end complete the high=performance package.
