A late production Silver Cloud, this mark 3 has received a recent restoration with an open budget for quality, and a goal of accurate representation. Only the best materials were used, performed by the best craftsmen available in the industry. This Silver Cloud is currently owned and was restored by an artisan specializing in award winning concours upholstery interiors. Over $80k was spent on this restoration within the last 3 years (with $50K in paper receipts available on hand). This well equipped model also features a rare original AC unit in the trunk for the rear cabin, that has been completely overhauled, and works perfectly. The restoration began with the body being disassembled, and taken down to bare metal. The engine was pulled to undergo mechanical service and to repaint the engine bay in correct color. The rust free body was then painted in correct 2 tone metallic silver with metallic charcoal top. All chrome and trim on the entire car was removed and re-chromed or polished. All the weatherstripping and rubber seals on the entire car have been replaced. All the wood has been professionally and beautifully restored.
