ANNOUNCEMENTPlease note that TESLA reacquired this vehicle due to a customer complaint involving several concerns, including occasional warning messages for reduced power and low coolant, intermittent Falcon Door operation, and minor moisture entry.TESLA fully resolved this matter under warranty. The rear drive unit and rear halfshafts were replaced, along with the rear drive unit charger hose, the left-hand Falcon Door cantrail seal, and the right rear door glass. Additionally, the right rear primary seal and both front halfshafts were replaced to address water ingress and ensure proper sealing. The vehicle is now fully operational, performing perfectly, and remains in excellent overall condition.In the interest of customer satisfaction, TESLA agreed to repurchase the vehicle.
