Exterior details include chrome trim, wrap-around front bumpers, a left door mirror, and front vent windows. The front bumper alignment was adjusted, paint touch-ups were completed, and the turn signal connections were cleaned in preparation for the sale. Bubbles are present on the lower right rocker panel, and additional photos of the paint and trim condition are shown in the gallery below. The 15″ Clover wheels are mounted with 195/70 Continental VancoFourSeason tires. The car is equipped with an independent front suspension, and stopping power is provided by front and rear disc brakes. The parking brake was adjusted in November 2024. The front bucket seats are trimmed in replacement red leather, and they are complemented by a color-matching rear bench, door panels, and Wilton wool carpets. Interior appointments include a padded dashboard, a rear parcel shelf, a heated rear window, flow-through ventilation, a heater, and a retro-style stereo head unit. The rear well carpeting was re-dyed in preparation for the sale. The three-spoke steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation including a 7k-rpm tachometer, a 120-mph speedometer, and gauges for oil and coolant temperature. An analog clock and readouts for fuel level and oil pressure reside in the center of the dashboard. The six-digit odometer shows 160k miles. The fuel-injected 2.0-liter B20E inline-four was rebuilt with .030″ oversized pistons in 1991, as well as replacement bearings, timing components, valve guides, gaskets, and seals. Additional work completed during the refurbishment is listed in the invoices in the gallery. Loose battery terminal connections were repaired, and a compression test was performed in preparation for the sale. The test results are shown in the gallery below. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. The transmission was overhauled, and the axle bearings, universal joints, and exhaust system were replaced during the refurbishment. A replacement clutch was installed in 1999. Oil seepage is noted from the differential.
