We changed the oil and filter, rear end grease and additive, and checked and lubed the chassis. We replaced the upper and lower control arm bushings, upper and lower ball joints, shocks, sway bar links, rag joint, tongue bushing, leaf spring rubbers, strut rod bushings, brake lines, front brake calipers, front brake hoses, front brake pads, and much more.
1972 was the last year the corvette had front and rear chrome bumpers. It was also the last year for the removable rear window, metal side vents, and the vacuum controlled wiper door.
