Features include body-color GT-style bumpers, a louvered engine lid, a Ponto-Stabil driver-side mirror, and LED headlights and taillights. The front of the car, including the doors, fenders, and front clip, was repainted by Paterek Brothers of Chatham, New Jersey. In 2022, Paterek Brothers also repaired the doors, which involved welding, installing replacement hardware, and fitting replacement door seals. The car was re-wired from the dashboard forward during the build. Silver 15×6 Minilite-style Performance wheels are mounted with 185-series Vredestein tires. A matching spare is included in the sale. The suspension has been modified with Bilstein shock absorbers and a Willhoit front anti-roll bar. Braking is handled by a 911 master cylinder and 356C four-wheel disc brakes. The steering box was reconditioned during the refurbishment. The cabin features GTS Classic front bucket seats trimmed in red leather with removable headrests. The rear jump seats and door panels retain leatherette upholstery. Equipment includes a WEVO shifter, shoulder belts, and a body-color dashboard. The heater boxes have been removed. The floors and longitudinals were replaced under previous ownership. Work completed during the refurbishment included installing replacement window crank mechanisms and door rubbers. The wood-rimmed Moto-Lita steering wheel frames green-letter VDO instrumentation consisting of a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,000-rpm redline, and a combination gauge for voltage, temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 73k miles, though total mileage is unknown. The air-cooled 2.6-liter stroker flat-four was built using a 2.0-liter Type IV case sourced from a Porsche 914. Features include big-valve cylinder heads, dual 48mm Weber IDF carburetors, a high-volume oil pump, a high-torque starter, an Electromotive XDI crankfire ignition system with individual coil packs, and an A1 stainless-steel exhaust system. Cooling is managed by a front-mounted oil cooler with an electric fan and a 200°F thermostat switch. Service in August 2025 included installing a lightweight forged flywheel, billet valve covers, replacement rocker arm studs, and 911-style valve adjusting screws. The selling dealer notes that the engine has been used for approximately 3,000 miles. A WEVO 5-speed 901 manual transaxle was installed in September 2025. The gearbox features a taller fifth gear and is paired with a Kennedy Stage 1 conversion clutch. The removed original 1.6-liter 1600S flat-four and transmission are included in the sale along with the factory seats, steering wheel, wheels, hubcaps, and a painted engine cover. The removed engine lacks carburetors. The Porsche Certificate of Authenticity shows the original colors and drivetrain numbers, which correspond to stamps on the removed engine and transmission.
