The Yamaha V-Star 950 was a cruiser machine manufactured by Yamaha from 2009 to 2017 as an entry-level middleweight motorcycle. In 2009, the V Twin Magazine awarded the bike with the "Metric of the Year" award. The 950's biggest selling point is obvious: It's a lot of bike for the money. Starting out, it looks, feels and, at 942cc, really is a lavish, full-size cruiser.
