Complete Pictures (including undercarriage) and Video at www.4-wheelclassics.com This 1988 Ford F-250 XLT Lariat is a 2 Owner truck with the 7.3L Diesel engine. This truck has been babied its whole life and it shows by the condition it is in. It has a sharp color combination and it runs and drives excellent too. The 2nd owner of this truck was planning on using this truck as a daily driver so he went through the truck to make sure it was ready to driven daily. It was ziebarted from new and never used as a daily driver since a job change forced him to sell it. It really is a beautiful Bricknose. The body is clean and straight and the Cabernet Red and Medium Silver Metallic paint looks awesome. The truck was professionally repainted once because of the clear-coat starting to peel. All of the chrome and trim are in excellent condition. The underside of this truck is super clean and we found no rust issues with this truck. The interior is exceptionally nice. The seat looks like new because it was always covered. The dash, dash bezel, headliner, door panels, and carpet are all still excellent. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, cab lights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work. This truck has tilt wheel and working cruise control. It has working power windows and locks. The horn and windshield wipers work and the heat and AC work. Both fuel tanks work and the radio also works. Mechanically this truck is top notch with a lot of maintenance recently done to it as mentioned before. It has the 7.3L IDI Diesel engine that runs strong with no issues or red flags that we found. Recent work includes new glow plugs, new glow plug controller which was also converted to manual, coolant flush, oil change, new belts and hoses, and new vacuum pump (have receipt for work). It also had 2 new batteries installed. It has the C6 Automatic transmission that shifts nice. It is mated to the Borg Warner manual transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the Ford 10.25 with 3.55 gears. The front axle is the Dana 44 TTB with 3.55 gears. It is sitting on a set of the cool factory wheels and hubcaps with a new set of BFG All terrain tires size 265/75/16. Cool Truck!!
