60 miles
Backed by Federal Vehicle Title Data
The final year of the Shelby GT350R marked the end of one of the most purpose-built Mustangs Ford has ever produced. By 2020, the GT350R was no longer an experiment or a halo curiosity. It was a fully realized machine with a defined mission, distilled down to its most focused form. Add the limited-production Heritage Edition package, and the result becomes something rarer still. This example, showing just 60 original miles, remains essentially as delivered, preserved in a condition most GT350Rs never see beyond their first few weeks of ownership. Finished in Heritage Edition specification, this GT350R is presented in exclusive Wimbledon White with Blue over-the-top stripes, a classic Shelby color combination chosen to honor the brand's competition heritage. The graphics, accents, and unique detailing were designed to reference Shelby history without softening the car's intent. The exterior presents in outstanding overall condition, with original finishes retained throughout and no modifications or cosmetic changes from factory specification. Carbon fiber aero components and the lightweight carbon wheels that define the R model remain exceptionally well preserved, consistent with the car's minimal mileage and careful ownership since new. At the heart of the GT350R is Ford's 5.2L Voodoo V8, a flat-plane crank engine that remains one of the most distinctive powerplants ever installed in an American production car. In 2016, this engine earned a Wards 10 Best Engines award, a rare distinction for a naturally aspirated American V8 in the modern era. Rated at 526 horsepower, it delivers its performance through revs and response rather than brute torque, pulling hard all the way to its stratospheric 8,250 rpm redline. Power is routed through a Tremec TR-3160 six-speed manual transmission, back to a Torsen limited-slip differential with 3.73 gearing. The R specification extends far beyond the engine. Carbon fiber wheels reduce rotational mass and sharpen every input, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires sized 305/30ZR19 up front and 315/30ZR19 out back, widely regarded as some of the most capable street-legal performance tires available and still presenting with an as-new appearance consistent with the car's minimal mileage. Carbon fiber aero components add functional downforce at speed, while MagneRide suspension tuning is firm, deliberate, and track-biased. Massive Brembo brakes show no evidence of heat cycling, reinforcing just how lightly this car has been used. Inside, the cabin reflects the same focused intent that defines the GT350R as a whole. Deeply bolstered Recaro bucket seats anchor the driving position and are finished with red contrast stitching that ties into the Heritage Edition theme. A suede-wrapped steering wheel and leather shift knob provide a tactile connection to the car's performance mission, while exposed carbon fiber accents reinforce the R model's motorsport philosophy. As part of the GT350R specification, the rear seat has been deleted in favor of additional structural bracing, emphasizing function over passenger accommodation. Despite its track-oriented nature, the GT350R retains a modern, well-integrated infotainment setup. The factory touchscreen multimedia system includes navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, and a premium audio system that balances daily usability with the car's performance-first character. What ultimately separates this GT350R from others is not just its specification, but the restraint shown in its ownership. The Heritage Edition was produced in extremely limited numbers, with fewer than 300 examples built, making it a rare sight even among GT350Rs. Identified as Shelby GT350R chassis number LR254, this example has effectively remained on standby while most others have been driven hard, tracked, modified, or simply enjoyed as intended. Whether it continues to be preserved or becomes the starting point for its first real chapter is a decision left to the next careta
