Standard Range models have a 58.0-kWh battery, while the Long Range's pack has a 77.4-kWh capacity. The IONIQ 5 Standard Range, which is available only with rear-wheel drive, has an EPA range estimate of 220 miles. The rear-wheel-drive Long Range can go an estimated 303 miles, while the all-wheel-drive dual-motor Long Range is rated for 256 miles.
Replenishing the Standard Range model's battery using a 240-volt Level 2 station takes less than 6.5 hours; add 2 hours for the Long Range. DC fast-charging either battery from 10% to 80% takes between 20 and 25 minutes.
With its odometer now hovering around the 59,231 mark, it is STILL COVERED under the balance of the factory BUMPER-TO-BUMPER warranty until December 2026 or 60,000 miles (whichever occurs first)!
