Mechanic's special. 6.7 diesel, 109K miles, somewhat rare 4x4, utility body, have all the pieces including front end parts (grille, radiator, bumper etc...), short block still in truck, all other engine parts removed. It's going to need the engine replaced, don't think what's there is repairable. I believe the engine has damaged crankshaft bearings, was able to turn the engine over with difficulty before, now that it's been sitting exposed to the weather it's locked up.
