Additionally, if you drive the vehicle over 250 miles, we will not be able to return for refund but you may choose to exchange. If you are outside a local market and would like the vehicle delivered right to your door, there will be a transport fee that is non-refundable should you choose to return your vehicle.
For customers within our local delivery markets, you will receive a full refund! If you are located outside of a local market, we will refund everything except the delivery fee. We will process the refund the day you return the car, and it typically takes 3-5 business days to be back in your account.
Other exclusions: Only vehicles 5 model years or newer are eligible and all High Performance vehicles are excluded from Money Back Guarantee.
