The C40 Recharge's charging port is located on the driver's side behind the left rear wheel well. This Volvo can be charged at home using a 120- or 240-volt power outlet or a 240-volt Level 2 home charging station. You can also make use of one of more than 50,000 public charging ports stations located across the U.S. The C40 Recharge has an 11-kilowatt onboard charger. In models equipped with the dual-motor powertrain, the battery can be fully charged in 7 to 8 hours with a 240-volt household-style outlet. The dual-motor C40 Recharge can go from a 10% to an 80% charge in roughly 37 minutes using a DC fast charging station. Models with the new single-motor powertrain, which allows for a faster 200-kW charging rate, can go from a 10% to 80% in around 28 minutes using a DC fast charging port.
With its odometer now hovering around the 12,186 mark, it is STILL COVERED under the balance of the factory Limited Warranty for new vehicles until February 2028 or 50,000 miles (whichever occurs first)!
