The truck was repainted in its current black and red colorway circa 2019, and it is equipped with a removable fiberglass hardtop with sliding side windows as well as chrome bumpers, dual side mirrors, and a receiver hitch. Under current ownership, the truck was fitted with black-finished side steps, an air horn system, LED headlights, and KC Daylighter auxiliary lights. The tailgate features a brushed aluminum panel and houses a power-sliding rear window, which was overhauled in March 2024. The door lock actuators, wiper motor, and headlight switch were also replaced at that time.Polished 16" six-lug wheels are mounted with 315/75 Rolling Big Power Repulsor M/T tires. The truck rides on a 6" suspension lift and is further equipped with power steering and manually locking front hubs. The front end received a replacement pitman arm, sway bar, steering arms, sway bar links, and caster shims in March 2024. Brake work at that time involved replacing the brake hoses, front calipers, and the rear drum brake cylinders. There is excessive play in the steering.The front bucket seats and the rear bench are upholstered in black cloth with vinyl side upholstery. Bowtie-embroidered carpeted floor mats line the footwells, and the cab is further appointed with air conditioning, cruise control, power-operated windows and locks, Silverado-branded door sill plates, and an AM/FM radio, which is inoperative. A rearview mirror displaying video from a rear-facing camera was installed under current ownership.The two-spoke steering wheel is mounted on a tilting column and frames an 85-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. Controls for the air horn system and auxiliary lights are mounted into a tilt-out panel on the right side of the dash.
