Let us introduce a '54 Bel Air that can steal the show from its younger Tri-Five siblings! The immense amount of work done to this Bel Air is more than impressive! The engine is a 261 cubic inch inline 6, pulled from a 1957 Chevrolet Dump Truck. Dubbed the forgotten six, this torque monster was the powerhouse of many General Motors heavy duty trucks in the time period. Behind that rests a heavy duty T-5 manual transmission, sourced from a 1985 Chevrolet S-10 pickup. The powertrain responds very well, with smooth clutch and shifter engagement. Much of the work, including the beautiful white over yellow interior, was professionally finished by Hot Rod Express in Blue Springs, MO. A modern touch screen radio/infotainment system presents itself out of the center dash when commanded. Other features include: power seats, power windows, power brakes, power steering, air conditioning, heat, and many others!
