INTRODUCTION: Meticulous and thorough body off frame restoration, it is practically new throughout! This shortbed C-10 retains its original classic charm with its 2 tone paint and deluxe trim in and out, although it has enhancements thatale driving it a real pleasure.
EXTERIOR: Restored to look brand new! The body was off the frame and stripped to a bare cab. The body work is outstanding, it's straight and there's no rust or damage. The door latches were replaced and the doors shut like new. Repainted nostalgic two-tone hugger orange and white, it's blocked and polished to a very smooth glossy finish. It looks like all of the exterior moldings, trim, emblems, handles, mirrors, bumpers, marker lights have been replaced. The windshield, vent windows and rear window are new. All the weatherstrips were replaced. Upgraded with LED lights too. Rolling on a new set of 18 inch Ridler wheels and Yokohama tires.
INTERIOR: From carpet to headliner it is new! Inside the cab was gutted, media blasted and sprayed in epoxy. The wiring harness is new and the fuse block was upgraded. New reproduction gauge package including tachometer, oil, temp and battery gauges. On the floor it has new carpet and reproduction floor mats. New deluxe seat upholstery, door panels, armrests, and headliner. Even the mirror, visors, instrument panel, window cranks and dash pad were all replaced. Features include a tilt column and a retro stereo.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Yep, it's new in here too! Everything from the wiring and hoses to the components and chrome dress up. The heartbeat is from a big block 396 that was completely rebuilt, bored 30 over, 10.5:1 compression, polished crank, new rods and a Thumper cam. The heads were rebuilt, and have new valves and springs. On top is an aluminum Edelbrock intake, dual feed Holley carb and HEI ignition. Features include power steering and brakes. It runs cool with an aluminum water pump, radiator, overflow bottle and dual electric fans. It's complete down to horns, hooked up squirters and a Delco battery topper. It's detailed, the metal surfaces are painted real nicely too.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Inside the bed looks like it has been hauling cotton balls, it is mint!
UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame and the metal underneath this truck is as dry as a chalkboard. The frame, chassis components, floor pans are smooth and painted semi gloss black. The front end was rebuilt with new tierod ends, ball joints, bushings, upgraded swaybar, shocks, springs etc. The rear suspension was rebuilt too. It has an upgraded brake system with discs at all four wheels. It also has a custom dual exhaust with crossover pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. Looking up at the motor it still looks brand new! It was upgraded with a 700R4 overdrive automatic transmission for highway cruising. The custom built and balanced driveshaft connects to the rebuilt rear end with a 3.42 posi.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car we sell.
CONCLUSION: Only 3,300 miles since the meticulous restoration and then meticulous care was taken, it looks like it has no miles on it!
