1963 Bentley S3

Configured inleft-hand drive, chassis LBAL 16 spent time under the stewardship of an Ontariocollector and was later seized from the collection of Bikram Choudhury beforebeing purchased by its current owner in 2020. The car is finished in black andgray and features power steering, lever-action shock absorbers, andservo-assisted hydraulic drum brakes. Power is supplied by a 6.2-liter V8 thatbreathes through twin SU carburetors, while shifting is through a four-speedautomatic transmission. On the inside, a power-operated glass division panel divides the front and rear compartments and the seats are upholstered in black and gray leather. Further details include burl wood interior trim and fold-out rear tables as well as power windows and a Sony stereo. This S3 LWB is now offered by the seller on behalf of its current owner in Monterey, California, with a clean Montana title. The Bentley S3 was introduced in late 1962 with styling updates including quad headlights and a lowered grille profile. Like its predecessors, the car was offered in both standard and long-wheelbase variants, the latter of which spanned 3,226mm. This long-wheelbase example is finished in black with gray upper panels and features a flying-B hood ornament, Lucas driving lights, fender- and door-mounted side mirrors, and front and rear bumper guards. Corrosion is visible on an area of the right front bumper where the chrome has flaked off. Steel 15 wheels wear chrome covers accented by black rings and are wrapped in 225/85 BFGoodrich Long Trail T/A tires.
