1964 Ford Falcon

The car left the factory finished in Wimbledon White (5WW), and it has a hood ornament, a fender-mounted driver-side mirror, Falcon and Futura badging, driving lights with checkerboard covers, and a Kennedy Ford dealer sticker on the trunk lid. Paint blemishes are noted around the vehicle, and close-up photos of the body panels and trim are shown in the gallery below.Chrome-accented 15 Magnum 500-style wheels are mounted with 205/60 Pirelli P6000 tires. A full-size spare is located in the trunk. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel drum brakes.The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in tan vinyl joined by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Equipment includes a push-button Blaupunkt radio and tuner, a center console, Futura door badging, lap belts, and a floor-mounted shifter.The two-spoke Comet Caliente steering wheel frames a horizontal 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. A tachometer is mounted on top of the dashboard, and auxiliary gauges for the alternator and oil pressure are located below the ignition. The five-digit odometer shows 37k miles, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership.The 260ci V8 produced 164 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque when new.Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. A black-finished dual exhaust system with Flowmaster Flow FX mufflers was installed under current ownership.
