The Sportsroof body left the factory finished in Light Pewter Metallic and is said to have been refinished in its current shade of silver under previous ownership. Features include black Mach 1 graphics and side stripes, dual hood scoops, body-color side mirrors, a black rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets that exit below the rear fascia. Chrome 15 Magnum 500-style wheels with black recesses are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. A spare wheel is mounted in the trunk. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.The front bucket seats and rear bench are trimmed in red vinyl upholstery and joined by a color-coordinated headliner, sun visors, and door panels. The front seats feature inset black vinyl accents, and equipment includes woodgrain trim on the center stack and door panels, black carpets, a center console, air conditioning, a heater and defroster, a Hurst T-handle shifter, polished door sills, red Mustang-branded rubber floor mats, and a push-button AM/FM radio.The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and a fuel-level gauge, which are supplemented by centrally-mounted gauges for oil pressure, amperage, and coolant temperature.
