This Mercedes is both a sturdy, safe, seven passenger van and a camper van thanks to it's Peacevans pop top conversion. This conversion offers standing room inside the van, additional ventilation and a place to sleep while leaving the van essentially stock for daily use. In addition to the top, it also has dual swiveling front seats, a nice addition for spending time inside the van. The Metris is a very capable and useful vehicle making it ideal for a camper conversion, much like the VW bus, Vanagon and Eurovan. The Metris has a 5,000lb towing capacity and the seats are removable creating a massive space for large loads. Unlike modern Mercedes cars & suv's the Metris is durable and not overcomplicated. And unlike the larger Sprinter vans, the Metris has a gas engine. They are fuel efficient and easy to operate. This example is a low mileage, well maintained, two owner, Southern vehicle in good condition. The owner's books and three keys are present.
