Although the basic shape of the 911 has remained mostly true to the original from 1964, the 3.2 Carrera that was built from 1984 through 1989 would be the last iteration of the “original” 911 series and still be 80% new compared to the generation before. This particular Widebody 911 is a tourist delivery car that is finished in Grand Prix white, the top is new with the color change from factory black to brown and also coded VZ which was Sonderwunsch or “Special Wishes” so the purchaser had some sort of say on how this car was outfitted. I personally love how “80’s” this car still looks. Furthermore this Cab is ready to go with a recent $20,000 service just performed by a very reputable independent Porsche shop where everything that needed done was taken care of. It starts, idles, runs and goes down the road very nicely with no rattles, vibrations, smoke or leaks. The paint is in very good condition, the interior is in decent condition for its age showing a little wear on the driver bolster and some staining on the carpet but still very presentable. The engine bay is tidy as well as the frunk. No, there is no compressor or tire guage as this car was delivered without, code 464. We welcome any questions and inspections here in our Traverse City showroom. If you truly want something that stands out and garners all the attention, then this might be the 911 for you!
