MECHANIC'S SPECIAL: Last ran about 5 years ago, 6.9 International mechanical injection diesel, 4 speed manual transmission, engine turns over fine by hand, turns over with the starter but too slow to start, tried tightening all the positive and negative cables but that didn't help, I'm guessing the problem is the starter but not sure, very good body, sold AS-IS, mechanical odometer reads 53,000 miles but could have rolled over, please call the number in the ad, or text 716-eight6four-nine9three6
