2003 Land Rover Discovery SE

With only 44040 miles is this the lowest mileage D2 for sale in the US? With near museum quality condition, is it the nicest? Obviously, we cannot say for sure, but we certainly think both things are true. If you are the type of buyer that values quality, reliability, rarity and utility - this truck desires your full attention. Put simply, its overall condition is jaw-dropping great! The paint is virtually without defect, which indicates it was garage-kept all its life. Likewise its flawless interior show scant evidence of use. Mechanically, it is, as you'd expect, just like driving a new car. In every detail, from the bright, uncurbed wheels to the flat, curl-free dash, this truck shows nearly defect-free. And the practical utility of the 7-passenger configuration is a great option only magnified times over by the separately boosted, rear air conditioning system.


We did have to do a few things to completely update it:
-new headliner in original style material installed over sunroof drains that were tested and resealed.
-new remote key fob and additional spare key
-new brakes all around using premium Akebono Euro 767 rotors and front OEM Land Rover pads.
-Goodyear Wrangler AT tires in a similar to original tread pattern, but upsized by 1.5" (29 to 30.5). Original spare has never been used.
-full engine diagnostic and fluid service with high zinc content oil.
-conversion of cooling system to current technology using the inline 180 thermostat (major drop in engine operating temp by 25 degrees)
-wheel flares reconditioned to as-new appearance.
-new wiper valence and new wiper blades all around.
-fluid level check on all users.
-all electrical and mechanical functions checked and verified.
