This 2005 Subaru Outback Limited is not our typical inventory. We normally specialize in exceptionally clean, low-mile vehicles. However, every once in a while we receive a trade-in that is too good to send straight to auction, and we decide to offer it to the public at a heavily discounted price to help someone who simply needs reliable transportation.
This is one of those vehicles.
The previous owner purchased another vehicle from us and traded this Subaru in. They inherited the vehicle and personally drove it for approximately the last five years. During that time they performed regular maintenance and used it as dependable daily transportation.
Since taking it in on trade, we have personally driven the vehicle and found it to run, drive, shift, and stop well. The air conditioning blows cold, the brakes feel great, and it has an excellent set of Falken Wildpeak all-terrain tires that alone represent a significant portion of the asking price.

This is a 21-year-old trade-in with a salvage title.
It is not perfect.
There are cosmetic flaws, wear, imperfections, and miscellaneous small items that may need attention now or in the future. We are intentionally pricing this vehicle thousands below market value because of that reality.
We are not restoring it, repainting it, detailing it, repairing every little cosmetic flaw, or preparing it to be front-line retail inventory.
We are selling it exactly as we received it from the customer.
If you are looking for a perfect Subaru, this is not the vehicle for you. We regularly stock exceptionally clean, low-mile Subaru models and would be happy to help you find one of those instead.

No, we do not know if the head gaskets have ever been replaced. If that concerns you, you are welcome to address it proactively or continue driving it as the previous owner did.
