Great condition and CLEAN! Non-smoker. Great camper/toy hauler that was pulled with a 1/2 ton truck. Upgraded jacks, awning is in good condition (but we do have a new one that hasn't been put on), 2 A/C units and upgraded to 50 amp service, but you can use either 30 or 50 amp. Patio system with gate. Roof just inspected and cleaned. It does NOT have the optional fuel cell but does have electric queen happijac in the living area, along with the couches that make another queen sleeping area. Otherwise, it has most upgrades that were optional and spacious RV king bed in bedroom.
