1963 Chevrolet Corvair

this lil corvair was bought new in Dewitt Arkansas, a small town not far from where i live . Two brothers shared ownership one of which loved and cared for the little car until he passed away in the early 90s . The family stored the corvair inside from around 1990 until a few months ago when the building was sold and the time came to give the little car a new home . I installed new tires , cleaned the fuel tank and bled the brakes and woke the little car up from decades of rest . It’s a 63 monza with dual carbs and a 4 speed !! The engine runs flawlessly , trans shifts great front end feels tight , brakes stop fair but all if the wheel cylinders and rubber lines should be replaced to be safe . The car received a repaint in the 80s and even though it has a great look the paint is showing its age , no rust underneath the pans look great . Inside is all original and nice other than a few splits in the drivers seat , Windsheild needs replaced . Price is pretty firm
