1994 Subaru Sambar KS4 Microvan
This van gets peoples attention wherever it is going! It is fun, compact, fuel effiencent, and very unique! It will require someone that is okay driving on the right side and someone that knows how to drive a manual transmission. There are not many vans like this that are in this nice of condition! It was previously owned by a family that had an ice cream shop and the van was used for advertisement. It is an eye catcher and gets people attention.
Mechanically is features a compact 4 cylinder engine, a 5 speed manual transmission, and is rear wheel driven. It has a new battery, fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, and coil pack as well as a recent oil change. The van drives out well and has suprisingly good acceleration for its compact size. The tires are in great shape. It does have a few issues. The a/c is not working and the gas gauge is not working. It is difficult finding some replacement parts for these van since that are not common.
Cosmetically the van is in great shape for its age. It has a nice paint job that was recently done that shines and looks great. The white wheels are in nice shape and highlight the van well. The Sambar has a moon roof that vents in the front and a sun roof in the 2nd row that has not been tested. The inside is clean and only shows minor wear for its age.
