2010 Chevrolet Corvette 2LT Convertible The big news in 2010 was the return of the Grand Sport package to the C6. So big, in fact, it's difficult to find reviews and information on the standard model coupes and convertibles. That may be because more Grand Sports were produced than the other two combined! In fact, only 1,003 base convertibles were produced in 2010, just 8.2% of total production. For consignment, a 2010 Chevrolet Corvette 2LT convertible with a title verified 45,680 actual miles. The 2LT package included a power seat with adjustable bolsters, leather upgrades, cargo enhancements and more. Exterior Impeccable paint covers a beautifully shaped C6 corvette, with the Silver Ice Metallic providing a nice backdrop to the contrasting colors including the black canvas top and the spectacular five spoke chrome wheels, 18-inch in front and 19-inch in back. ZR rated tires onboard have a mid 2022 date code. There's a gaping front intake and single slit gills on the fenders, now with 430hp LS-3 emblems, flowing almost seamlessly to the back. And in the back, the dramatic quad center exit exhaust tips and perhaps the most recognizable tail lights in American automotive history, tucked neatly in contouring coves. A tonneau that hints of a race fairing covers the stowed top when it's down and the wide open plain of the rear deck allows for rear visibility. Imperfections are few and include a chip on the hood, minor scuffs especially on lower areas, and typical chin scrapes on the front. Interior Looking in the car, all the Ebony surfaces are in great condition, beginning with the door panels that are clean and smartly designed. Black leather bucket seats are poised for riders with some very slight wear on the driver's ingress point. Behind the black steering wheel, the analogue gauges are relatively basic and are flanked by contoured pods of toggle switches to control a number of functions. An AM/FM/CD player takes up the top of the center stack and a standard A/C panel falls below it, framed in sort of lizard skin meets carbon fiber that continues down to frame the shifter in the center console. Low pile black carpet is protected by WeatherTech mats and there's one lining the trunk over gray carpet as well. Every part of the interior is in great condition and obvious signs of pampering are everywhere. Drivetrain Clean as a whistle, shrouded, and featuring a spattering of red highlights, the bay houses a 6.2 liter LS3 V8 capable of 430 horsepower and mated to a 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission that routes power to 2.56 gear in back with limited slip. Undercarriage We find clean conditions underneath with only some slight signs of usage and therefore, you'll get no complaints from us! The dual exhaust travels through original equipment and exits in the aforementioned epic fashion. Four wheel power disc brakes are on board and suspension consists of double wishbone upper and lower control arms, transverse composite leaf springs, and monotube shock absorbers. Drive-Ability The fault column is empty on our checklist as this car performs as well as expected for a well stewarded, low mileage example. Track-like handling, power on demand, and we're guessing that with the top down, the sky's the limit with visibility! Hi ho Silver....away!
