All variants of the 2016 A7 come standard with Audi's legendary Quattro all-wheel-drive system and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Buyers can choose between two highly capable V6 engine options:

3.0T (Gasoline): A supercharged 3.0-liter V6 producing 333 horsepower (up 23 hp from the 2015 model) and 325 lb-ft of torque. It sprints from 0 to 60 mph in a swift 4.8 seconds.

TDI (Diesel): A turbocharged 3.0-liter diesel V6 generating 240 horsepower and a muscular 428 lb-ft of torque, hitting 0 to 60 mph in 5.8 seconds.

Fuel Efficiency
Despite the bump in power, efficiency improved noticeably for the 2016 model year:
3.0T Gasoline: EPA-estimated 24 mpg combined (20 city / 30 highway).
TDI Diesel: EPA-estimated 30 mpg combined (25 city / 38 highway), making it exceptionally efficient for long-distance highway cruising.

Exterior and Interior Design
The A7's signature feature is its sloping rear roofline, which gives it a sporty coupe silhouette while hiding a highly practical power-operated rear liftgate.

Exterior Updates: The 2016 refresh added a sharper front fascia, standard LED headlights, revised LED taillights, and new trapezoidal exhaust tips.

Cargo Capacity: Opening the rear hatch reveals a generous 24.5 cubic feet of cargo space, which expands significantly when the 60/40-split rear seats are folded flat.

Cabin Luxury: The interior is lined with premium leather, real wood or aluminum inlays, and features a clean, high-end cockpit layout. However, the sloping roofline does slightly reduce rear-seat headroom for taller passengers
