This 2010 Ford Escape XLT was recently traded into a South Carolina Nissan dealership. It currently has 193,497 miles.

This vehicle has a clean Autocheck vehicle history report that shows six owners (one in Delaware and the others in South Carolina) and a reported accident in November, 2017. It has a clean title that we have in hand. It has been serviced and will have passed a North Carolina state inspection prior to its sale.

The service work was thorough and included new valve cover gaskets, two new tires, new rear window lift struts, new oil pan gasket, new engine and transmission mounts, new front outer tie rod ends, new rear liftgate switch and actuator, new front brake pads and an alignment.

It has a four-cylinder engine mated to an automatic transmission. It is front wheel drive.

This Escape is dark red metallic with a dark gray cloth interior. It is equipped with a power moonroof, power driver’s seat, SiriusXM Radio, center console, power options and a factory roof rack.

This vehicle runs and drives well with no issues noted. It starts right up and the transmission shifts fine. There are no warning lights illuminated on the dash other than the tire pressure monitor light.

This vehicle is solid and looks good, but there are some exterior blemishes. The lower air dam under the front bumper is bent on the right side. It is also misaligned and loose. There is minor penetrating rust on the rear portion of the lip around the left rear wheelwell arch. The vehicle is solid overall though and it has only minor surface rust on the undercarriage.

The left corner of the rear bumper corner is torn/cracked, which we have patched up.

The paint is faded in spots. The vehicle has dings, scratches and chips typical for its age and mileage. There is a moderate sized ding in the center of the hood. The headlamps are slightly hazy.

The interior is clean with minor wear typical for its age and mileage. It appears to have been previously owned by a smoker as there is a burn hole in the right front headliner. The left front seat has some distortion on the right seat bolster. The console has some minor to moderate scuffs. The moonroof works. The headliner does not sag. The air conditioning is cold. It has an owner’s manual and one keyfob.

The tires are sized 235/70R16. The tires have very good to excellent tread remaining and the other two are brand new. They are all matching Dexter Terrain all terrain tires.

The wheels look good and have minor wear and curb rash. They also have minor to moderate brake dust staining.
