Seller's Notes

The 1969 Chevrolet Camaro has long served as one of the most popular foundations for high-performance custom builds, yet few examples demonstrate the remarkable cohesion and craftsmanship exhibited by this professionally built example. Conceived as a personal car built to the standard of one intended to remain in the builder's own collection, this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro reflects an extraordinary level of craftsmanship, with nearly every visible surface, fabricated component, and engineering detail thoughtfully considered, refined, or custom made. While the specifications tell part of the story, they fail to fully capture what sets this Camaro apart. Finished in Digital Blue Metallic, this Camaro immediately distinguishes itself through the quality of its execution. Rather than simply presenting as an impressive collection of premium aftermarket components, every modification appears intentionally designed to complement the next. Body-colored front and rear bumpers integrate seamlessly into the surrounding sheetmetal, while custom LED-illuminated side markers appear almost invisible until illuminated, where they create a subtle floating halo of light. Projector LED headlights, modern LED fog lights, and a hand-formed aluminum front air dam reinforce the car's contemporary aesthetic without compromising the identity of Chevrolet's iconic first-generation F-body. A flush screw-in fuel cap and countless carefully integrated details reflect the same thoughtful design philosophy evident throughout the build. The Camaro rides on staggered 19 Asanti wheels wrapped in 245mm front and massive 345mm rear Nitto NT555 G2 tires, creating an aggressive stance while preserving clean proportions. Power comes from an all aluminum LS1 5.7L V8 retaining its factory short block and 241 cylinder heads, upgraded with a Brian Tooley Racing Stage 1 turbo camshaft, a front-mount intercooler, and a beautifully integrated billet VS Racing single turbocharger utilizing a conservative 5 psi wastegate spring that appears engineered as part of the vehicle rather than simply added to it. Holley Terminator X V3 engine management oversees the combination, while a staged dual electric fuel pump system automatically brings a secondary pump online under boost. A 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission delivers power to a Quick Performance 9 rear axle featuring a Yukon Gear & Axle nodular center section, 3.55 gearing, and a limited-slip differential. Power rack and pinion steering and Wilwood four-wheel power disc brakes complement the drivetrain, while the meticulously finished undercarriage showcases beautifully routed plumbing, concealed wiring, coated hardware, custom-fabricated brackets, and a stainless-steel exhaust system integrated with exceptional precision. Even the areas rarely seen outside of a service bay reflect the same uncompromising attention to detail evident throughout the rest of the build. The one-off interior continues the same philosophy of thoughtful engineering and craftsmanship. Before any finishing materials were installed, the entire interior structure was epoxy primed and insulated to control both sound and heat. Hand-formed, TIG-welded aluminum components create a completely custom dashboard, center console, kick panels, sill plates, and numerous trim pieces that give the cabin an OEM-inspired appearance despite being entirely bespoke. TMI upholstery adds warmth and sophistication, while Vintage Air climate control, a functional cowl vent, integrated power trunk release, and carefully concealed wiring demonstrate that convenience was considered alongside aesthetics. A Windows 10-based onboard computer powers the center-stack display, with a dedicated selector switch allowing engine management communication to be routed either through the integrated system or an external laptop for tuning. Additional details, including custom-fabricated hinges, relocated fuse panels, and thoughtfully integrated controls, further reinforce that this
